Low quality

I'm marking this image as low quality for a few reasons.

1. There is a massive reflection with flare right in the center of the image obscuring detail.
2. The image is not perspective corrected.
3. There is a digital watermark/caption.

This image just needs to be replaced with something better, hopefully taken from the roof of a nearby building so we aren't seeing a bunch of telephone poles. —/Mendaliv/^2¢/_Δ's/ 14:53, 10 May 2010 (UTC)
