(I am probably doing this wrong since I am not an experienced editor.)
This diagram is unfortunately ambiguous. As I understand it, a key design concept is “positive caster” versus “negative caster” and the relevant issue is the sign of the angle θ relative to the forward direction of the vehicle. That direction is not indicated in the diagram.
I am not an expert (which is why I came to the caster angle page in the first place) but I think “negative caster” is the more stable configuration, and this diagram would depict negative caster if the vehicle were heading to the left.
