Not a vector image

The newest version of the Cochrane appears to be a SVG wrapper around an upscaled PNG (raster) image which is embedded in it. The old version was an actual SVG vector graphic image. (You can verify this by looking at the file sizes - raster is much larger than it needs to be - and by simply opening them up in a text editor or using Ctrl-U in a web browser to examine the 'source'. The new version has a length xlink:href="data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAWkAAAHSCAIAAAChFK2vAAAAIGNIUk0AAHomAACAhAAA+gAAAIDo... which is the blurry raster version.) This new version is unsuitable for the purposes that vector images are intended for; I assume that either Cochrane accidentally provided the uploader a broken version or they might've accidentally turned it into a raster image somewhere along the way.
