Chart is cut off / not neutral / biased

This chart is deliberately cut in a way that makes the line look like it falls much quicker than it actually does. This is a know trick of swindlers to twist things to their view, even when the data does not support it. Which is the same as "bias" for text.

So in other words: The chart has bias and has to be fixed so that it's neutral.
