Regarding Flickr-washing

I removed the speedy deletion notice because the given blogspot image url belongs to http://nickstep.blogspot.com/2010/09/to-john-with-peace-love-montblanc-gala.html which credits all images to Nick Stepowyj, as does the Flickr image. The blog uses the same abbreviation as the flickr stream and the image description includes facts provided by the uploader about where and when the image was taken that are unusual for copyright violations.
