Is it possible to know the source of the data used for this graph ?

It is strange that they claim Portugal (which was never muslim) rather than Sicily (which was) and most notably the former Zanzibar sultanate (Zanzibar archipelago, Tanzanian and Mozambique coasts, Comoros archipelago), neither the asian muslim states (Indonesia - the biggest muslim country in the world -, Bangladesh, Brunei & Co).
