Die ID des Bilds ist 2107, nicht 1979. Das ist in den englischen Commons auch korrekt angegeben. Eine hochaufgelöste Version (TIFF, 2580x2439 Pixel) kann beim CDC ebenfalls heruntergeladen werden.

The ID of the picture is 2107 and not 1979. This is correctly stated in the english version of the Commons. A high-resolution TIFF of the picture (2580x2439 pixels) can be downloaded at the CDC.

After a closer look at the picture, I don't believe it's a photomicrograph, even though the CDC is claiming this. I think it's a drawing that has been scanned.
