Regarding the motto being displayed

Hey there, was wondering about how this file shows the motto as displayed on the arms, as the College of Arms does not use their own motto on the official website of the College of Arms (Website can be found here). Was wondering why it is displayed here, as though it does follow the blazon it might seem like it doesn't depict what the College of Arms uses on documents.
