This file is missing character encoding and should be a simple fix as I did it myself at home with my old AI version, but be aware because I did notice that while I can fix the character encoding error, doing so then damaged the color and shape of the leaves of this insignia.

@Cookieman1.1.1: It's your file so maybe you can try to fix it: see the error here and instructions on how to fix it here but in summary, to pass validation this file needs this: <meta charset="utf-8"/> or In Adobe Illustrator set the Default encoding to file= Unicode (UTF-8). @The Eloquent Peasant: Pff I wish I could. I use a Chromebook and I no nothing about HTML as I don't make SVG's using HTML. I also don't have Illustrator. Your best bet is to have you or others from the project do it as to files like this or Isabela or Trujillo Alto as they are both correct and in the final form and the only thing stoping it is validation which I still don't know why that matters as it still hasn't been explained. @Cookieman1.1.1: I fixed error; set the Default encoding to file= Unicode and then the leaves were a headache but I think it's okay now. I tried for awhile to make the black lines on the leaves .75 point but couldn't do it for all the black lines and now I have to get to my things. @The Eloquent Peasant: Sorta fixed it but that just dropped the quality even more. I know it isn't your fault as you were trying to help but i have reverted it back for the time being. Some details to fix

@Cookieman1.1.1: The sugarcane flowers should be improved to be more like the ones in this file (they should look like small pines). The other detail that can be improved is the ribbon. Basically you should round the curve of the folds so that they look like the ones in this file. Everything else is excellent. Note: It should have a 5 tower crown (not 3 and half on either side).
