Wrong charge

As said by the previous commentator, there is a mistake in this coat of arms : there should be no "inescutcheon sable five escutcheons in cross gules each charged with as many torteaux in saltire" in the middle of the shield. This is only the transfer, through the parchment, of the coat of arms of Portugal which is on the other side of the sheet.
