There is a problem with this file. If you can read spanish, you can read here, it says, that according the Dominican Constitution, article 32, the Bible should only reads the verse 32 of chapter 8 of the gospel of John. Also just two spears and 4 flags must be showed, now there are 6 spears and 4 flags. I do not know how to accommodate 4 flags in just 2 spears. --190.80.230.54 02:29, 20 October 2019 (UTC)
