Soviet Union a colonial empire?

Is there a consensus saying that the Soviet Union was a "colonial empire"? I couldn't help but notice that the Soviet Union was added later on to the original file, and the Colonialism article doesn't reference any sort of Soviet colonial empire. LittleCuteSuit (留言) 03:59, 16 August 2019 (UTC)[回复]

Mongolia

Mongolian People's Republic was not a Soviet colony, i.e. a territory of the Soviet Union. It was a satellite state that was formally independent. -- Tobby72 (留言) 06:51, 17 September 2022 (UTC)[回复]
