Necessity?

This version of the logo is clearly used, but I don't understand why the "original" wouldn't suffice. The Source field indicates this was sized down, but as a Web developer, I fail to see how adding margins requires making a new SVG file. Can someone explain exactly where this is used and what would prevent using the original? The account of Obsuser, the author, has been locked for years. Chealer (對話) 21:59, 4 November 2024 (UTC)
