colors are not distinct enough

the light green is sufficiently distinguishable from the dark green, but it looks like there are two nearly-identical shades of dark green. I cannot tell them apart. Namangwari (留言) 00:32, 13 February 2024 (UTC)

I agree; I think it doesn't help that the shades aren't "in order", going dark-light-dark, making the legend confusing.

I propose pushing the third green towards the yellow, rather than the blue, resulting in this:

The image edit itself is trivial (you can find and replace "#008066" with "#afd769" in a text editor), but unfortunately the legend is in the text of over 20 different pages, across all Wikipedia's languages, so we'll need to either update them all at once, or upload a version with a new name, and slowly migrate pages to use it.

I'm not keen to start making such a change if someone might then disagree with my choice of shade! - IMSoP (留言) 17:51, 26 August 2024 (UTC)
