fixes

-color donetsk, luhansk, belarus and crimea as russia and rename russia to "russia and allies"

-remove countries' territories (inc. hong kong and macau special administrative regions, french overseas territories, australian territories, etc) except the bailwick of jersey.

Also European possensions have to be colored; some of them are already tinted, like French Guyana and New Caledonia, but others not Moxmarco (對話) 11:51, 1 September 2022 (UTC)

Broken file

I am terribly sorry, I edited the file in inkscape, it seemed to work fine and looked good even on the preview, but after upload now it looks like a broken mess. How do I revert?
