Vietnam should be added

Hello to the owner of this work. Recently, Vietnam has introduced their biometric passport. It was issued since 1 March 2023. I believe this photo should be updated. Thank you and have a good one.

Bahrain and Iraq should be added

Syria and Pakistan also issue biometric passports now
