CRANBERRIES VS. TRANBÄR

I see a picture fron Cape Cod that says that the Cranberries harvested are the same berries as TRANBÄR in Swedish. This is incorrect. Cranberry has the latin name of VACCINIUM MACROCARPON while TRANBÄR has the latin name of VACCINIUM OXYCOCCUS. The Cranberry in North America resembles the Swedish LINGON (latin: VACCINIUM VITIS-IDAEA) but is bigger, taste is very similar, while the TRANBÄR is more transluscent and is more bitter.
