Luxembourg, South Tyrol

Nice map, but two flaws: Luxembourg definitely speaks more German than French (both official) as "Luxemburgish" really is more or less a dialect (linguists still argue about it) of German itself -- basically mutually intelligible -- and practically all the national papers publish in standard German.
Next one is South Tyrol, Italy, where German is an official and the national (actually provincial) language; for 70 per cent of South Tyroleans, Italian is only a second language. 2.243.1.181 21:58, 28 December 2014 (UTC)
