Loading error

When I try to load this file it gives me the following error:
XML Parsing Error: prefix not bound to a namespace
Location: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/e/e3/Deutsches_Reich1.svg
Line Number 2098, Column 3... Kaldari 18:34, 2 April 2008 (UTC)

I know the problem. Some other user tried a download with another of my svg-maps and it doesnt work also. But I don’t know what’s the mistake is. Kgberger 23:40, 2 April 2008 (UTC)

The issue is that the sodipodi namespace is not defined. The svg tag looks like this:

     <svg  version="1.1" xmlns="&ns_svg;" xmlns:xlink="&ns_xlink;" 
         xmlns:sodipodi="http://sodipodi.sourceforge.net/DTD/sodipodi-0.dtd"
         width="778.098" height="783.354" viewBox="0 0 778.098 783.354"
         overflow="visible" enable-background="new 0 0 778.098 783.354" xml:space="preserve">

but it should be something like

     <svg  version="1.1" xmlns="&ns_svg;" xmlns:xlink="&ns_xlink;" 
         xmlns:sodipodi="http://sodipodi.sourceforge.net/DTD/sodipodi-0.dtd"
         width="778.098" height="783.354" viewBox="0 0 778.098 783.354"
         overflow="visible" enable-background="new 0 0 778.098 783.354" xml:space="preserve">

Großherzogtum
