Sources

Could you explain the sources and/or methodology used to create the map please? The borders seem too closely aligned with modern day ones for a 1200+ year old kingdom... particularly if the source is Thai (a country whose modern academia, I am told, are well known for nationalistic historical interpretations), I believe additional studies scholarship may be required before presenting such a map as "truth". At the very least, sources and/or methodology should be cited, allowing people to make their own decisions about the map's veracity. Pratyeka (talk) 10:41, 9 February 2011 (UTC)
