Suggestion for potential modification

Hi, this is Hwipadam. Few minutes before I created this suggestion, I have made some considerable modifications to your Vietnamese Naval Ensign file. Those modifications mainly include minor changes in color and especially, the enlargement of the Ensign used in the flag, as the Ensign is always bigger in real life, touching the bottom blue ribbon [1]. Sorry for didn't discuss this change before unloading and overwriting your file, however, I believe that my updates are accurate and sensical.
I'm here to discuss some further modifications with you. I noticed that the label "HẢI QUÂN VIỆT NAM" on you artwork didn't use the right font, as in actual life the ensign use a bolder and tidier font instead of Arial. After little research, I assume that that label is accurately using Helvetica Neue - the Condensed Bold variant. Besides that, I do notice that the Cog symbol actually touches the anchor inside, and the top of the anchor (with the circle top) actually ended at the same height as the Rice-round. For better accuracy, I suggest those changes to the current Vietnamese Naval Ensign (and I'm pretty bad at inkscape, sorry).

I'm not gonna complain if you revert my updates, however, I would love to have a discussion here.
