why is there a blue bit on america?

Bad Coloring for Meridian Countries.[编辑]

I noticed that some french oversea territories are colored blue (French Southern and Antarctic Lands, French Guiana) whilst others aren't (St. Pierre and Miquelon, New Caledonia). I assume this need to change if there is no explanation for it.
