This file was originally uploaded to show the European states using the Euro. Of course, nobody owns the right of this file since it is under public domain. Still, if you want to have a totally different map, please upload it under a different name instead of replacing the original map of this file. No consensus exists, since we have different opinions. And the map including the whole EU does not show what member states are obliged to join, since for instance Denmark and the UK are not obliged to join. --Glentamara (talk) 08:48, 7 June 2012 (UTC)[回覆]

I personally feel it is important to show the other EU countries, as their economies are intrinsically linked to those in the Eurozone, even without sharing the currency. However, making a distinction between those obliged to join and those with an opt-out is a necessary one, so I would be happy for a map with those two shaded out, or with a distinct colour, such as this (although for some reason the UK is not showing). Latvia

Latvia will join Eurozone in 2014. It should be in light blue.--Spacejam2 (talk) 14:27, 19 February 2013 (UTC)[回覆]

No. First, no decision has taken regarding Latvia so it is still not decided if they will join. Second, light blue does not correspond on acceeding states on this map. --Glentamara (talk) 16:36, 19 February 2013 (UTC)[回覆]
