Label 'Inhibition' on Y axis does not make sense.

It should be 'activity'.

If Y is labeled 'inhibition', it means the lower dose inhibits maximum, and higher dose inhibits minimum.

The author describes absolute IC50 (ABS IC50) not IC50 on a plot that is clearly an EC50 curve. The author then goes on to calculate ABS EC54.69 not ABS IC50 or ABS EC50
