In the past, it was possible to remove fraudulent copyright claims, and bots would tag the image for review. This seems no longer to be possible, and I have been issued temorary bans for removing fraudulent licences by an administrator in the past. The same administrator has taken it upon himself to restore the removed fraudulent licencing claim, in what in my estimation amounts to active vandalism. In order to avoid drama, I am just leaving false licencing claims in place now. This does not fix the problem, of course, but I cannot invest time in wikipolitics, it would be up to the community to fix this, if necessary by revoking admin buttons in cases of obvious abuse. --Dbachmann (留言) 11:45, 17 January 2019 (UTC)
