Change "future operator colour" to dark grey?

I've noticed that the current #ff6600 orange colour for future F-16 operators is a bit too similar to the #dc0023 red colour for former F-16 operators. Since changing the "future operator" colour to green (a plausible choice) would result in problems for red-green colourblindness and "former operators" are often red on Wikimedia Commons, I suggest changing the "future operator" colour to #333333 grey. This dark grey will be high contrast for red, blue, and the light grey of other countries. I'm happy to make this change, but I wanted to check and see if there are any objections.
