Illegality in Germany

I have found no source for the flag of the Vietcong declared illegal. As a matter of fact, in order to be considered unconstitutional in the sense of §86a StGB the Federal Constitutional Court needs to formally declare a party or organization unconstitutional. However, since the Vietcong hardly tried to overturn the German government, it would not even be within the jurisdiction of the Federal Constitutional Court.

Size of the star

The Flag of Vietnam has a star which has a ratio of 3/5 (.6) compared to the width of the flag, while the star in this flag seems 2/3 (slightly bigger). Should we adjust the size of the star in this VC flag to make it 3/5 corresponding to the Vietnamese flag, as this VC flag is described as exactly like the standard Vietnamese flag but just with the light-blue lower half.?--Hwi.padam (對話) 23:10, 3 April 2022 (UTC)
