The two dependencies should be drawn with dashed lines.

The dependency name "creates" is OK, but it might be better to show the standard UML stereotype <<create>>, defined as follows:

"A usage dependency denoting that the client classifier creates instances of the supplier classifier."

Also, there is <<instantiate>>, which may be more exact:

"A usage dependency among classifiers indicating that operations on the client create instances of the supplier."
