Rename this file

The model of the flag more like to the official is this: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Bandera_de_Alcal%C3%A1_de_Henares.svg. I think file Flag of Alcalá de Henares.svg should be a redirection to File:Bandera_de_Alcal%C3%A1_de_Henares.svg. and this model should be renamed as Flag of Alcalá de Henares (alternative).svg for example. This is an ugly version someone uploaded a long time ago. The castle is a weird "3D model" without the correct number and shape of windows, and the crown isn't the same type.
