Coat of arms

Recently, a new coat of arms was uploaded. It since has been reverted. The current coat of arms seem to be correct as shown here [1]; the only piece of tangible evidence found. Although structure lacks some color, our current version is the best one. Savvyjack23 (留言) 10:37, 24 December 2015 (UTC)
