I made a few changes on the initial version created by Sir Iain. I have completed the border line to let see the white stripes. And I changed the white colour to F5 F5 F5 because these stripes originally were silver, even if the heraldical rules substitute silver colour with white generally. I shortened the wing to reach the often used 2:1 proportion of modern flags, and changed its shape to what I have found in a book.
