I request that SVG file be overwrite to File:Flag of Ireland rugby fixed.svg. This file is a new file remove border by me. But I can't upload overwrite new version file.

Not a valid edit request in my eyes: The protected file here is quite often used. You would have to check for every use, whether the now absent border had to be substituted by wiki markup. It's better to leave the new version as separate file and just to point to it in the “other versions” field. — Speravir – 00:55, 27 September 2017 (UTC)

Fix a typo mistake and point to other file version

First, in the “author” field of the information template there is a typo mistake. Please, replace User:Setanta SAki with {{u|Setanta Saki}}; this also links to the user page. Second, in the “other versions” field add, please: {{otherversion|File:Flag of Ireland rugby fixed.svg|version without borders}} (if you think this other filename is in appropriate, rename it first).
