I know the flag looks like there, but I am pretty sure that orthographically not only the Uzbek but also the Karakalpak text is not correct. Authentic Uzbek in Cyrillic letters should probably be Қорақалпоғистон АССР, Karakalpak Қарақалпақстан АССР.
