SVG error

Cherkash I see you've updated the flag about three years ago. That's great, but now there is an error. The png and svg flags look different for some reason - the png does not have the coat of arms. Are you able to fix it? Panamitsu (留言) 03:41, 8 November 2023 (UTC)

@Panamitsu: I can't. I don't know what the problem is, but it's more recent than the last uploaded version: at the time of upload it looked ok. The same problem is present with the original coat of arms which was used for the flag: File:Coat of arms of Oryol.svg.
