Position of stars

The stars overflow outside their own halves, which is an issue with the current version of the file. Since I've got no rights to overwrite files other than mine, I uploaded a new file (Flag of Tuvalu (3-2, alternate).svg) with the stars not overflowing outside their own halves (meaning the stars are not on the half where the Union Jack is present).
