I reverted back to the blue-yellow flag (to match the description). Additionally, the flag wasn't "upside-down" since 1918, it is a common speculation, but it is doubted by experts, see [12]. In short, before 1918 both flags were used. --YurB (talk) 13:27, 18 February 2014 (UTC)
