Plata Pantone 877 C [Cinta, islas, collares de los canes].
Rojo Pantone Warm Red C [Forro y gemas romboidales de la corona].

Well. I recreated the flag, using the PDF file linked by Edub above and Commons:Pantone_color_chart

Colors of flag:

• Yellow: Pantone 7406
• Blue: Pantone 3005

Arms:

• Gray (ribbon, collar): Pantone 7544
• Red part of crown: Pantone 485
• Golden part of crown: Pantone 7406
• Dogs: Pantone 722
• Blue shield: Pantone 3005
