Napriklad barevnost vlajky na jinem, jiz pouzivanem, logu propagujici Ceskou republiku jsou barvy jine: http://www.czechtourism.cz/files/edice/manual.pdf PANTONE Red 032 (C: 0%, M: 100%, Y: 100%, K: 0%) PANTONE 2746 (C: 100%, M: 85%, Y: 0%, K: 0%) Barevnost v Pantone je "skvele" urcena barvou z plechovek, ale uz nejak nelze z manualu zjistit jestli vysledek ma opticky sedet treba pro natirany papir. Pokud budete chtit Pantone ve spojeni s hodnotami ve CMYKu uvedene v manualu zkouset prirazovat jaka by mela byt vystupni barevnost pro Vas tisk, barevnost Pantone neodpovida zdaleka prevodu do hodnot CMYK v Euroskale, alespon podle nastaveni ve PS (a to jsem zkousel i alespon trochu akceptovatelne moznosti nastaveni).

3. Na Wikipedii je uvedena barevnost modra C97, M73, Y8, K19 cervena C0, M122, Y96, K8

Flag of the Czech Republic

I realy appreciate your description but you probably missed the fact that the description is in slovak not in czech. Slovak have their own flag different from the Czech flag and I think it will be appropriate to describe Czech flag in czech language or in English.
