My mistake, the blue should be sky blue, it's the exact same flag as Flag of Congo Kinshasa 1960.svg, aka the current flag Flag of Congo Kinshasa.svg. But the current flag should change when the new constitution goes through. ---Moyogo 09:12, 30 September 2005 (UTC)

Correcting myself again, this is not the official flag, but it is used by official entities. It still counts are a valid document to have.---Moyogo 16:21, 30 September 2005 (UTC)
