Here on Commons we don't decide where images have or have not to be used, that falls to the Wikipedias' decision. This SVG file is sourced to come from File:Drapeau Cochin.png which came from fr:Fichier:Drapeau Cochin.png having been uploaded 16 years ago by fr:Utilisateur:Nataraja = User:Nataraja~commonswiki who passed away in 2006. --Achim (トーク) 14:50, 18 August 2020 (UTC)
