Some visuals of the reference and digital reproduction differ.

I really appreciate the hard work on the digital reproduction of this flag, since it is one of my favourites, and I happen to own a self-made 90x150cm myself. 감사해요!

However, seeing the reference given, I believe that the reference given for the original 조선인민공화국 flag has some differences with the digital SVG reproduction.

• The Taegeuk seems not to be actually tilted in the original version, the circles of the two halves are vertically aligned.
• The shade of red feels on key, but the blue seems to be a little different. I would use      #1d1477 .
• The proportions are hard to follow on a vexillological technicality. Something like this.

I do have an SVG ready for use with the alterations I believe would better reflect the observations of the reference, but I can't seem to be able to overwrite it myself. I'm not sure exactly what would be the next step, so I'm counting on the help of the users that have past updated this file, and the community of Commons.
