New colors

The source for the new colors of this flag is FOTW and Željko Heimer's "The FAME" website. The colors both sources give is 255-0-0 for the red and 0-0-255 for the blue. "The FAME" website lists Izvornik (etalon) grba i zastave Republike Srpske sa grafičkim standardima za primenu, ilustrovani prilog, Službeni glasnik Republike Srpske as a source. By guessing the title, i'm betting this is an official publication of the Republika Srpska. Hoshie 02:08, 23 December 2006 (UTC)

Unfortunately, the info at FOTW is not quite correct. You can see the original colors (Red= 218-68-48, Blue= 0-51-187) at http://www.vladars.net/en/srpska/grb.html (official site of the government of the rs). So, could you please redo the colors again? Invalid license

A national flag (including a derivative work or a reproduction) cannot be licensed public domain as the work of the uploader. It must either be in the public domain like Image:Flag of Serbia.svg or licensed as fair use (and therefore ineligible for hosting on the Commons). Vassyana 15:48, 21 January 2008 (UTC)
