Updated flag of the United Kingdom of Portugal Brazil and Algarves

This would have been the historically accurate flag of the United Kingdom of Portugal and Brazil between May 13th, 1816, and 1822, since the coat-of-arms was always represented as square ("modern French" style arms) in coins and public structures instead of a round ("Iberian") style. The 'Modern French' style of arms had already been in use in the Portuguese flag since 1707.
