Lusophone states Guinea-Bissau, São Tomé and Príncipe & Cape Verde[编辑]
It is easy to verify that all countries mentioned above have Portuguese as their official language. They are partly members of the OIF and certainly all teach French as a (first) foreign language at school, but they should not be considered part of Francophone Africa.
