This image is NOT a copyright violation

I know, because I'm the one who took it. Why it didn't occur to User:Hold and wave that it was the blogspot user that was violating my copyright by placing it on his or her blogspot page without the proper credit required by the Attribution 3.0 license, I don't know, but it would've been nice if Hold and wave contacted me to ask, instead of just deleting it, since I could've clearly the matter up easily.
