Frederick Christian or Charles Eugene?

Does this picture really show Frederick Christian of Brandenburg-Bayreuth? I really doubt it, since it shows the badge of the Order of the Golden Fleece, which was not bestowed towards Protestants, as well as the sash and the badge of the Order of St Hubert of Württemberg. Since Frederick Christian was not a knight of either of this orders, it seems highly questionable that he is depicted here. Rather IMHO this is a picture of Charles Eugene of Württemberg, who became Knight of the Golden Fleece aged 10 or so and was ex officio grand master of the Order of St Hubert.
