Not very clear what is disputed here, but according to en:User talk:Pyankhy, uploader's other contributions were deleted. However, if it comes from a published source, this would likely be {{PD-Sudan}}. If was made by Pyankhy's relatives, we can assume he has permission or that he inherited to copyright. /Pieter Kuiper (talk) 21:24, 20 September 2009 (UTC)
- I placed the dispute tag to express dispute of the authorship status. See the users other uploads such as http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special%3ALog&type=upload&user=&page=File%3ANim.jpg&year=&month=-1&tagfilter= - he first violated copyright and then turned it to own work. PD Sudan maybe, but without a source this is hard. Regretably I found this image used on other sites only from Wikipedia. --Martin H. (talk) 21:45, 20 September 2009 (UTC)
