The description is erroneous: 'Description: German prisoners under British guard. - 6 June 1941'

On 1 June 1941 total Crete was occupied, was under German control. In the night 30 April/1 June the last allied soldiers had left from Chora Sfakion.

So this foto, taken in a Cretan town's road must have been taken prior of this date.
