I cannot see anything behind the link to the source from Google books:

To me it seems that there is an error with the source. The edition of Popular Science Monthly, Vol. 88, No. 3, March 1916 at https://archive.org/search.php?query=external-identifier%3A%22urn%3Aoclc%3Arecord%3A252488293%22 does not even have a page 105 as its page numbers start with number 323. Maybe there are different editions? If one searches with the associated text given in the description, the advertisements appears in several magazines, e.g. Everybody's Magazine, The Ridgway Company Publishers, New York, Vol. 38, No. 1, January 1918, p. 89 at https://books.google.de/books?id=PW9IAAAAYAAJ&pg=RA2-PA89&&printsec=89. There seem to exist one-page and half-page versions of the advertisement.
