License correct or should this file be deleted?

Is there any source for the given license? I can only find the Chrome OS logo (on google.com) with a 'Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 2.5 Generic (CC BY-NC-ND 2.5) license, which is a noncommercial license and 'may meet the criteria for speedy deletion' according to the corresponding template on Wikimedia Commons.
